A couple of questions. Are you on wifi or cellular net? Do you have the corresponding setting defined in LR Mobile preferences (e.g Sync Only Over Wifi)? Do the thumbnails appear when you open the collection and start scolling through your photos.
BTW: Did you install Photoshop Mix on last Monday?
