I tried a card from Canon 5D Mark III which has 196 items 23.96GB and couldn't reproduce this issue. I also tried with about 236 AVCHD clips and didn't reproduce it as well. Actually I've tried several batches of these kinds of footages. But still couldn't reproduce this issue yet.
Did you tried with Premiere Pro CC 2014 with it? Did the same issue exist?
If there were less clips in this folder would this issue happen, for example half of current clips?
Is it possible you could send me the Canon VIXIA sample footage?
