Does that means PE12 is for "light"use?

That depends on how you define light.

Although you feel that the issue is not about "pc spec etc.", could you please post the description of the computer that your Premiere Elements 12/12.1 is running on? Please include with the computer resources and operating system whether 32 or 64 bit.

Where are your project's Scratch Disks directed and how much free space is at that location (s)? See Edit Menu/Preferences/Scratch Disks.

Also, could you define what you are using

a. project preset (See Edit Menu/Project Settings/General and reading for Editing Mode, Timebase, Frame Size, and Pixel Aspect Ratio even if the field look grayed out.)

b. properties of source media (Canon 6D - 1080i or 1080p and are you dropping 5471 x 3648 stills into the Timeline as well as those videos? If so, how many stills? Your video files appear to be AVCHD.mov. So as to take nothing for granted, do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements 12/12.1?)

c. file size and duration of files that are being put on the Timeline and total duration of the Timeline content

d. "my project are like 30 GB"....is that the sum of the file sizes of the Timeline content, the estimated file and/or actual size in a export to file saved to the computer hard drive, or the Space Required for a burn to Blu-ray disc format on a Blu-ray disc?

e. What are "big render times" related to - rendering of the Timeline to get the best possible preview or export times?

Let us start here.

Thank you.
