When you select the color in Illustrator, what are the CMYK percentages in the Color Palette? I opened your jpeg in Ps ( Photoshop ) and got a reading of 26%C, 100%M, 77%Y, and 17%K. Further investigation in the Spot Color dropdown = Pantone 7427C. That is a color that should be achieveable.
