This part is sooo frustrating! Every single time I try to load a page with helpx at the beginning of any Adobe url, it NEVER loads! I wait and wait, but all I ever see on my tab @ the top left of my page, (Firefox 29) is the green "loading" circle twirling around ad nauseum. It just does NOT seem to want to load ANY helpx.adobe... page.

Re: Updated reader to version 11.0.7.79, now all I am getting are gray screens. How do I fix this?
