No issue here.
I've never turned on any kind of auto update with Adobe products though. Especially with Creative Cloud, they just change too fast these days to leave auto update enabled.

Premiere Pro CC - Low Level Exception Occurred in: Adobe Player
Not posting this as a question because I think I have solved it. I imported an XML from FCP7 and began rebuilding a sequence. Once I got to reconnecting audio and adding some new media, I kept getting the error message and could not play down my timeline.
If you're in a bind, try this before reinstalling the CC suite:
- Preferences > Media > Clean your Media Cache
- Copy all of the regions in your timeline and paste into a brand new one with the same resolution/FPS

I get this error code in adobe cc 2015
Hi everyone
I got this error in adobe premiere pro CC 2015 when i was almost was done cutting my footage. "a low level exception occurred in RED source settings (AEV filter)".
Weird thing is that I don't get this error in other projects with other footage, it's only in this project.
I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it, but the problem persists.
Can someone help? It's a very important project i'm working on.

Is it happening with all the folders in your Lightroom Catalog on Macbook Pro or just that specific folder?
Would suggest you to create a new catalog by going to File menu> New Catalog and test the same within that.

Hey Guys, I am having this same problem has a lot of you. When I use the new color panel in cc2015 and save it or hit preview or aply some effect this error message appears:
I don`t know why it happens and i need help, because this error makes trouble to render too.
My PC:
Windows 8.1
Processor: AMD FX(tm)- 8150 Eight_Core 3.60GHz
RAM: 8GB
Anybody solved it?

I am unable to get my video to play back only audio plays. Some of my After Effects linked files don't show up either. All of this came about after the latest CC update.

Each version of Premiere Elements is independent of any other version... the only "upgrade" is in pricing, not in requiring a previous serial number to install as is the case with a traditional upgrade which REQUIRES a previous serial number to install
Since Premiere Elements 13 is what is current, there is no way that I know of to buy version 12 - unless you find a vendor with a boxed copy still in their inventory
Downloading version 12 from the link Rahul provided won't do you any good without a serial number, and as I said, Adobe is no longer selling version 12

Premiere "Not Pro" Freezes... Forced to Render Footage with Adobe Media Encoder, while Premiere remains frozen, in order to not loose multiple Morph Cut transition information.
Windows 8.1 on an Intel I7 Quad-Core with 16GB ram. Have footage on a USB 3.0 SSD. There should be no issues what so ever in regards to accessing the footage.
Happens every single time the project is re-opened. Let me guess, I'm suppose to export an EDL and then open the project in DaVinci Resolve 12 in order to actually use a Morph Cut transition? Funny how Media Encoder is rendering out the project when Premiere can't even respond. Back to color grading I suppose. Isn't that what DaVinci is suppose to do best? Why did I waist my time with Adobe? Seriously kicking myself again here for thinking I could start / finish a project in Premiere.
(Update): An hour later, still messing around with trying to get Morph Cut to work... I finally get a message stating that a low-level error has occurred with Morph Cut, or should I start calling it ... "Don't think so end-user that's not technically an option?" Hmm? While using "Don't think so end-user that's not technically an option" I am unable to render any further transitions. Funny, that 2/3 of the "Don't think so end-user that's not technically an option" actually rendered out. Now, I'm stuck with a lot of "Don't think so end-user that's not technically an option" in the editing room. Hmm? An hour just to get here. I wonder how much time is coming up with this paid for "low-level" message?
Here's what happens when the end user tries to render the project...
Adobe = Beta? Is that too Creative...? Maybe I should come down from the Cloud? By the way, the end-user here has a good idea on how to maximize Adobe's functionality. It might actually be based on what works or has worked in the past. Isn't that just great? But, as many problems as there are, on every single project, it's easier to continue to create frustration. I'm sure you'll work this through and never thank myself or anyone else for ever mentioning that you didn't actually think things through. And, just like the Cloud, you'll float on by with the information that you've taken from your end users and then turn around and ask for money based on that fact that Adobe seriously lacks the ability to create a functioning program. What an odd cycle...

Re: Overlay gifs and images not exporting with video.
I'm trying to export after finding out how to render and its now saying it will take me 17 hours to encode through premiere pro.I tried doing it through media encoder ,but it said the images were offline.I've set it to the right frame amount etc that others online have suggested.My file size is now a huge 727.Its a six minute video with some images overlaid on it so I'm unsure why it is taking this long.

Premiere si blocca (occorre Uscita forzata) in riproduzione e dopo render. Compaiono messaggi di errore in basso a destra "A low level order exceptions occurred mpeg". Aumentano i blocchi con inserimento di effetti e color correzione. Un disastro sono sempre fermo a riavviare.

Premiere Pro CC Encoding Failed A low-level exception occurred in: Lumetri Color (AEVideoFilter)
Trying to export video to DVD format (MPEG2-DVD).. It starts to render video "normally" up to 10-50 minutes.. Tried multiple times, changed video quality and changed output drive, always interrupting with same error code..
Is there something to do..?
